Anne Sheane Law Corporation merges with Campbell, Renaud Trial Lawyers

Victoria’s best personal injury lawyer, Anne Sheane, has retired from active counsel work.  For more than three decades, Anne provided superior representation to those injured in car accidents and by medical malpractice across British Columbia.  Anne’s primary concern was quality representation for her clients.  We are extremely honoured that she has selected Campbell, Renaud Trial Lawyers to take over for her.  We have merged her Victoria office with ours so that senior counsel representation for her clients continues uninterrupted from her address at 1245 Esquimalt Road, Victoria.

In her career Anne appeared at the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.  She was plaintiff’s counsel in a number of high profile cases, including Rumley et al. v. B.C., the first residential school abuse class action certified in Canada.  Prior to being called to the Bar in 1994, Anne was a Registered Nurse with expertise in emergency nursing, acute care medical/surgical nursing, clinical teaching, hospital administration and nursing education. She co-founded the British Columbia branch of the American College of Surgeons Advanced Trauma Life Support Program for primary care physicians and surgeons and coordinated Advanced Cardiac Life Support programs for physicians, nurses and paramedics.

Anne continues with us as a highly valued consultant.  Her unique medical-legal background is a tremendous asset to cases involving medical, nursing, and hospital negligence, and personal injury.  Anne’s skill, experience and insight are of the best that can be found anywhere and we are very pleased with the advantage gained in working closely with her.
